Both the men's and women's locker rooms have a sauna.  Each of the saunas is of cedar, floor to ceiling.  Each can comfortably seat 8 people.  The saunas are available for residents' usage from 5 am to 10 pm Sundays through Thursdays and to 11:30 pm Friday and Saturday.  There are timed heaters in each with variable heat settings.  Both have either dry or steam heat capabilities.
